Ginia achieves whatever she sets out to do. Let me list the adjectives that describe this phenomenal young lady….smart, hard-working, creative, strong initiative, self-motivated, thoughtful, kind, a team player, determined, polite, helpful, understanding, and able to grasp ideas quickly.

---Dr. Carolyn Wiles Higdon, CCC-SLP, F-ASHA

Professor, University of Mississippi and UMMC Medical Center

We met on a weekly basis, and each time Ginia came prepared and ready. I primarily shared project needs and tasks via email, and Ginia would sort through the priorities, ask questions and get to work. I never doubted that she was making progress and moving our projects forward. Ginia was a great help to me researching, analyzing and comparing various potential funders for our program. She analyzed their funding approaches to determine if there was a possible funding approach (often a more creative approach if we didn't match up easily). Professionally and personally – she is a joy to work with.

---Amanda Bolster, Associate Director of Development and Partnerships, Partnership for Influenza Vaccine Introduction, The Task

Force for Global Health

Ginia traveled with me and with other program staff to a major scientific conference as a first-time blogger and a relative newcomer to the field of public health. Ginia wrote an accurate, cogent, and compelling narrative highly praised by our program director and by the conference’s communications director, who shared Ginia’s work on his own social media profile. It was shared further by CHW Central and Uniting to Combat Neglected Tropical Diseases, and continues to garner steady traffic on our site. Ginia is a delight to work with. She is positive, conscientious, and eager to please. You'll be hard pressed to find a more dedicated individual with a

bigger heart.

--Chelsea Toledo, Associate Director of Communications and Development, Neglected Tropical Diseases Support Center, The Task Force for

Global Health

Ginia can spot issues of form such as grammar, syntax, and word choice, and she can also raise questions as to the logic of a section, idiom, and the need for additional research materials, etc. Ginia’s comments, suggestions, and corrections were critical to the development of my book from both a stylistic and substantive perspective. She is also lovely to work with on a personal level as she is a joyful spirit.

---Dr. Phillip Thompson, Author

I would recommend Ginia for her enthusiasm and commitment.
